Opening up this floor plan allowed for the opportunity to use a variety of finishes that not only were necessary for structural reasons, but added so much character to the space. A large steel I-beam combined with a gorgeous Alder now stretches the width of the open concept that was once cramped, dark and defined by an unsightly post. Wood, stone and marble is found throughout the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bath creating balance inside and outside the home.
